What is a customer?

One would ask themselves what a customer is. The Cambridge Advanced Learner’s Dictionary defines customer as “a person who buys goods and services”. BAMB customers are people who buy goods and services from us. Customers are the bread and butter of our business. They are the ones who determine the survival of BAMB. Without customers, BAMB will collapse.

It is not enough just to have customers, customers insist on good service. Customers now have more options than before; therefore do not have to be loyal to us. Imagine the customers that used to buy from us and have now gone. They insist on good quality products, fast service and reasonable prices in order to give repeat business. All companies are striving to provide good service, but good service is no longer enough. The service has to be superior.
