HARDWARE SUPPORT OFFICER

JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to and resolving incidents involving hardware systems and networks and to provide assistance to users to enable them to make effective use of such systems and equipment, in support of agreed IT service levels.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in ICT or related qualification

Experience: Two year relevant Information and Communication Technology experience.
